Da Vinci Experience in Florence
The Da Vinci Experience exhibition was set up in Florence. The artist's masterpieces and inventions literally come to life in one of the richest Italian cities in history.
More precisely, the exhibition was set up inside the church of Santo Stefano al Ponte.

This interactive exhibition was strongly desired by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to celebrate one of the greatest geniuses of the Renaissance in an innovative way.
Visitors to the Da Vinci Experience in Florence will be able to retrace his life by immersing themselves in spectacular sounds and images. Furthermore, in the exhibition it is possible to admire some machines designed by Leonardo himself, both in full size and in scale. They are not original works, but have been reproduced following the artist's sketches.

Once you reach the church of Santo Stefano, your journey to discover the life and works of the artist will begin. In the first part of the Da Vinci Experience in Florence exhibition you will find an immersive video divided into six blocks:
1. Life of Leonardo
2. Color
3. The painting
4. Binomial engineers and anatomy
5. Water
6. Air
In 35 minutes all the artist's works will be told with sounds and images.
Educational section
Proceeding in the Da Vinci Experience in Florence you will find a room where you can admire the models of Leonardo's machines.
Each of them has been reproduced with all the original details of the original works created by the Florentine Bottega Martelli and Opera Laboratori.
introductory area
After leaving the education section you will find yourself in the introductory area. Here you can admire the anastatic reproductions of Leonardo's drawings. These works were created during the "Leonardo Project" by Giunti Editore.
Technology at the Da Vinci Experience in Florence
Before ending your visit to the Da Vinci Experience in Florence you must have a virtual reality experience. By wearing the Oculus Quest, you can enter Leonardo's inventions and discover how they work. In particular, you will be able to navigate with the paddle boat or operate the mechanisms of a tank.
To immortalize your visit, take a photo in the Mirror Room where you can immerse yourself in the artist's works.
