CAN I BUY A TICKET WITHOUT SIGNING UP TO LINKAVEL?

Sure. You can easily consult the information available on LinkAvel and buy tickets without any registration: all the data relating to the purchase and payment will be requested during the process itself.
The convenience of registration is not having to enter data every time you buy a ticket.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER EVERY TIME I PURCHASE ON LINKAVEL?

No. Once registered, you can access your account with the username and password you have chosen.

I HAVE LOST MY USERNAME OR PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have lost your password, you can reset the old access key and enter a new one:
  • when the system asks you to enter your credentials, select the item "Forgot password?
  • subsequently, you will need to enter the email address with which you registered on LinkAvel and click on "Send Link“, The system will send you an email to the address you indicated
  • at this point, you will have to click on the link in the e-mail message and the LinkAvel authentication system will be redirected to LinkAuth; here you can enter your credentials and your new password

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION AFTER IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

To cancel the reservation and obtain a refund, you must contact the bus company with which you purchased the ticket; contact details are available on the ticket and on the site.

HOW LONG CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION?

WHAT IS THE PNR CODE?

Code PNR (acronym for Passenger Name Record) is the identification code of a specific booking, present on the ticket.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY RESERVATION CODE (PNR)?

The PNR it is present on your ticket and on the purchase summary screen; this code is important because it allows you to change your ticket from the site, at retail outlets affiliated with the transport company, by contacting the bus line and at the bus stop by presenting the ticket to the driver (only upon availability of seats).

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED ON LINKAVEL?

LinkAvel allows you to pay for the purchase transaction using the most popular and secure electronic payment methods: Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal prepaid card, Discover, American Express, Carta Aura. Furthermore, it is possible to book the trip through the SISAL system and pay at the nearest ticket office.

WHAT IS THE 3D SECURE SYSTEM?

3D SECURE is the anti-fraud protection system designed by International Circuits Visa (Verified by Visa) e MasterCard (SecureCode MasterCard). The use of this simple and free service requires registration by choosing a password and an identification phrase; then a pop-up window will appear where you just need to enter your password and the payment will be completed safely.

MY MEANS OF PAYMENT IS REFUSED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please check that your card number is entered correctly. Otherwise, contact the toll-free number of your credit card to check the possibility of making online payments.

THE TIME AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE THE TICKET HAS ENDED, WHAT CAN I DO?

At the end of the time available to you, the system automatically empties the trolley from the selected reservations and makes the seats available again inside the bus; in this case you have to search for the trip again.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION E-MAIL OF MY RESERVATION?

Sometimes it is possible that the e-mail ended up in the "Spam" folder e-mail. If you are not there, you can contact the company with which you are traveling, communicate the PNR code or the names of the buyer (name, surname or email address) and request the sending of the tickets again.

DO I MUST PRINT THE TICKET?

No, you can present your ticket in digital format, showing the driver the mobile device on which it is saved.
